Yes, the make all decisions onboard a Pocket PC.
What extra (if any) sensors are you using on them?
The Poclet PC is equipped with two cameras.
Computer Vision software detects all important objects (ball, goals, other robots, ...) and estimates the robot pose on the field.
For walking, two gyros and a two-axis acceleration sensor are used.
