Is it next month that i-SOBOT will be in the USA?

What kind of stores will i-SOBOT be in? The "Toys 'R' Us" type? Online?

No one knows yet - it's too early to tell.

The I-Sobot website has been updated. The site apears to have a Japanese side, and an English side. Only the Japanese side works at the moment.

Babelfish can't translate everything. I believe there is some information on the servo specs, but I can't read it. Anyone read Japanese?

The rest of the Japanese side will go live soon (the Japan release is October 25th) and the English side will go live in a few days (some product has already been delivered to channels in the US). It will be one of the few times, perhaps the first, when the US gets their product before anyone in Japan.

As far as the information on the Japanese site - it's the same as the specs that have been published in Japanese and English before - nothing new, and no additional detail on the servo internals.

This cool little guy is finally available, the price range is between $299-325 + P&P. But the first version doesn’t come with a build in Camera & Wi-fi, I personally will wait for the one with build in Cam, does anyone know when will become available?

There is no schedule at the moment.

I'm sure that a lot depends on how sales and market acceptance of the initial version goes. The design and technology for the follow-on design are proven and working, though it could be changed based on what they learn from users of the first one. The release could be for Christmas 2008, or it could be later.
