News and announcements related to Humanoids/walkers, robo-one/other conferences, intelligent servos, advanced robot controllers/sensors, and interesting new humanoid related developments.
Currently, the HUMANOIDS'06 - 2006 IEEE-RAS International Conference on Humanoid Robots ( http://humanoids06.epfl.ch/ ) is held in Genoa, Italy.
There is a Workshop on Humanoid Soccer Robots, the relevant papers are available online and can be found here: http://www.dei.unipd.it/~emg/whs2006/schedule.html They cover a wide range of topics (from motion generation to behavior control) and are certainly worth a read.

While the members of the RoboCup humanoid league publish their ideas and methods used through papers, the code unfortunately is not publically available.
If you´re interested in self-localization, vision, behavior control etc. , you can download the German Team´s four legged league "world champion code" here: http://www.germanteam.org/GT2005.zip Most of the stuff done there can be transferred for use in humanoids. There´s also a great team report available:
